Caretaker manager Mark Hudson was unable to stop the rot at Huddersfield Town last night, as his side fell to their fourth defeat in five games. Across TerrierBlog Twitter and Facebook pages we asked for your reactions to the game, and here is a selection of some of the best responses we received.
Anybody who thinks Hudson should have the job is deluded. Hudson was a defender himself and the team tonight faced over 20 shots. Playing out from the back is the only way forward when Grant is up top on his own, the trouble with that is the lack of movement from the midfield to create the space to do this. Lack of effort from most.
Encouraging performance from Town, I thought Hadergjonaj and Elphick were excellent for large periods of the game. Cardiff are a very good team and I'm not too disappointed with the result, plenty of teams will lose by more than one goal there this season.
Rudderless ship heading rapidly towards the iceberg of League One. Hodgkinson merrily conducting the band and counting his money.
As a kid I supported Sheffield Wednesday and Town's current conundrum reminds me of the post Premier League blues that engulfed the Hillsborough loyal.
We are an embarrassment inviting danger by passing out from goal kicks...... no tempo no push to attack and when we do attack we slow it down and turn around!
If anyone wants a season card, mine's floating down the canal past Sainsbury's now. Disgrace, won't be back until they sort this out!
A slight improvement but all right sided, no creativity and looking like doing a Sunderland.
What is wrong with doing what they are paid to do? Hit a ball past 2 sticks with a guy in the middle. Miserable stats from inside their box. The players need a boc around their lugs.
Schoolboy defending (Elphick shocking), clearly no communication. Yes we kept the ball (in our own half), yet no killer pass. Chalobah clearly will grow and grow as a player, put the res of the side to shame with his work rate. Have to learn to attack.
Clueless in all departments & we can only drop one further place, this couldn't have been scripted in January.

They think it's Chalobah, it is now...
