TerrierBlog Waves Goodbye

Updated: Feb 19, 2020

Nine years ago I sat down at a computer in my university library to write a blog about Huddersfield Town. I had long since decided that the club did not receive the coverage it should from the local press, so sought to take matters into my own hands.

I never envisaged that the site would still be running in 2020 with as many readers as we have now. Unfortunately my circumstances have changed significantly from 2011 and I can no longer dedicate as much of my free time as I would like into the blog.

On an average week I could easily spend 10 hours researching, writing and editing articles for TerrierBlog. Sadly with my work and personal commitments growing, I am no longer able to dedicate that amount of time to the site.

That is why, with a heavy heart, I have taken the decision to end TerrierBlog's output. We will no longer be covering Huddersfield Town, and within a month this website shall be deleted permanently.

I would like to thank every single person who has ever read this blog, without you the entire endeavour would have been pointless. It has truly been my pleasure to share my thoughts and opinions with you all over the past nine years, and it is a great sadness to have to stop.

All the best,
