Lössl : 8/10
The Dane had little to no chance with both Spurs goals - although if I'm being super critical, he went down a bit too early for the opener. Despite the goals he made good saves throughout and helped to keep the score down.
Hadergjonaj : 5/10
Failed to ever get to grips with Son and was caught out of position for the opening goal. Had little to no opportunity to contribute offensively.
Jorgensen : 6/10
Created Town's best chance with an excellent through ball and marshalled Kane well at times.
Schindler : 7/10
Did his best and was strong against Kane throughout, couldn't really do much more than he did.
Kongolo : 5/10
His eagerness to impress led him to dive into one or two challenges. Not a wise move when you're up against the talents of Eriksen, Ali and Lamela. Was 'mugged off' one too many times.
Williams : 6/10
Showed his usual hustle-bustle in the centre but was incredibly wasteful in possession, hoofing the ball away whenever he received it in the first-half.
Hogg : 7/10
Did his job well, breaking up attacks before they had even begun. Was unlucky to get a yellow card and showed Danny Williams how it's done by remaining calm on the ball despite being pressed by three or four Spurs players.
Quaner : 5/10
Was withdrawn early on and Town didn't miss him at all when he went off. His Bambi on ice routine looked well out of place at the national stadium.
Van La Parra : 5/10
He's not really suited to this type of performance, his failure to release the ball earlier left his team exposed on several occasions, including on the second goal.
Pritchard : 6/10
Looked good whenever he got the ball, but was unfortunately starved of any real service. Withdrawn before the interval.
Mounie : 6/10
It's almost unfair to try and give the Beninese a rating, he was completely isolated on his own up top and had absolutely no chances to trouble the Spurs back line.
Ince : 6/10
Came on in the thirty-third minute and didn't do too much wrong. Could have scored in the second half, but as usual, lost his head in front of goal.
Billing : 6/10
Came on for Pritchard in the first-half to help Town keep hold of the ball, and really did help on that front.
Depoitre : N/A
The big man came on for the last ten minutes and didn't have any time to impact the game.
The Gaffer : 5/10
Nothing particularly revolutionary from Wagner in this game. Perhaps made a mistake by starting Pritchard from the off and setting his team up so deep in the opening thirty minutes. But then again, what can he really do against a team like Spurs?
